This product comes in two forms: Physical and Digital

Physical Prints come pre-matted in an archival protective sleeve. The Physical Print, including the matted frame, comes to 11x14. The print itself is 8x10.

Digital Prints come with an Artist Licensing Agreement form that must be signed and sent back to the artist before the work is distributed. You must have a valid email address, dropbox, or other approved transfer account. To see your means of transferring is approved, email the artist at anne.artbyarz@gmail.com

This policy only includes the prints sold on this site (artbyarz.com). This excludes our partners’ marketplaces (RedBuble & FineArtAmerica) and any in-person gallery purchases.

We’ll accept return requests for items that were damaged during shipping or transportation to your location. We request that photos of the damage be sent to anne.artbyarz@gmail.com so the artist can better evaluate it.

If you wish to return or have your item refunded, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will also ask for a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email.

Once we receive your return/refund request, the artist will review it. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm we’re processing the request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return/refund was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

If you wish to send the item back, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
